Yes, and they gave me a refund for it, granted, the movie itself wasn't terrible (finding nemo) but their system was glitching out a lot, losing audio and video frequently, so they refunded us hoping that we'd come another time.
That's not walking out on a bad movie, that's getting your money back for a product you didn't receive.
