I should clarify I haven't had extensive experience with either, but I prefer the PS3 over 360 controller and given the successors seem to be pretty similar I don't expect that to change. In particular I don't like control stick layout being asymmetrical, so even if they managed to have an actually good d-pad on the One there's not much they could do to make up for those sticks.
