Become a personal trainer/life coach. Have people pay for lessons. Offer to travel and accompany them. Become a fitness trainer on cruise ships and travel that way. Some amount of training could count as work. After I "retire" run and manage charities. Could definitely make it work as long as nothing Im doing is cheating.
