My conscience wouldn't let me vote for either Trump or Clinton.

Nope, ANTIFA and BLM hate groups are just as bad, but the far left is becoming more of an extreme cult taking advantage of media spotlight. I didn't care about the statues, but problem is when you give them an inch, they take a mile....

Statues were not enough, now we're going after gravesites? What's next we have to arrest anyone with family ties to these people for crimes of Slavery? This extremism is just costing them votes and will cost them 2020. I'm actually glad Trump won. It has brought out the true colors of the far left.

So you have tabloids about grave diggers to combat the white supremacist terrorists who are murdering people?
Why are you defending that?

They are crazy extremist, nobody is defending it. If I wanted to defend it I would link you the reminders of BLM/Antifa terrorists killing Police officers in Dallas and torturing a white handicap child.
The point of the post is that its never enough when you cave to these people. We removed those statues, now they want more and destroy all the gravesites?!....what's next?

I mean people are dead because of white supremacists... a lot of people. These far left movements conservatives reference don't even come close.

Which goes to show how oblivious you are.
You're lining up and bending over for a moron. Enjoy.

Sadly, California always votes Democratic (aside from Arnold Schwarzenegger). I wish it was a swing state.
I voted for Gary Johnson myself. I couldn't bring myself to vote for either of the other two (no offense intended for those who did), and it's not like it matters anyway.
I actually think California would change a lot demographically if we switched to a popular vote system.
There are a lot of people who don't vote because "my state always goes XXX". It would be interesting to see the outlying areas of California and how much would come from them if every vote actually counted.
California has a huge conservative population. They just have two huge liberal areas as well.

Another example of someone being told what to think and when to think it.. If i look at cnn.com I'm literally reading your thoughts
The irony of this is liberals watch MSNBC.
Man, he's causing a ruckus and that's good, people have been too detached from politics and now they've been burned.
Trump turned out to be the real deal on every front. He's doing what he can without support from congress. So not regretting at all.

What exactly has he done that's worthwhile? Not trying to be smart, but I never seem to get an answer to this type of question.
i couldn't vote for Hillary or Trump, so i voted for the one who would try to save the planet and not get into any wars Jill Stein. I don't think would have done well with the North Korea issue.
And that, while people may be becoming more political active , I've seen almost no evidence that any of those people have increased their political intelligence or awareness in any meaningful way. So now we've mostly just got way more people shouting really loudly about issues they in no way understand.
The internet probably shares some of the blame, too.
There was a brief period where the Internet actually seemed like it was making people more educated and aware on average.

Yes, and that period ended in the mid-90s.
