No. I don't care about other's lives that much. A lot of people I know that are on Facebook just want to show off and are attention whores. To each their own. Im not the type of person who seeks attention.

I did have fb years ago but deleted it for the reasons I mentioned above. I don't miss it at all. In fact, I really hate this social media generation and how people want to record and share absolutely everything about themselves as if they are that interesting. The world doesn't revolve around them. Oh and I'm aware not everyone is like that. But most people seem to be that are on social media. At the end of the day, to each their own. I live my life the way I want.

Sure, don't really "use it" though, mostly it's another means of communication with messages, I rarely post or look at what's going on with other people.
This is my signature, there are many others like it, but this one is mine.

Yes but I kinda wish I didn't have to use it anymore. I've heard so much about fake accounts and scams and shit that happens on Facebook.
I only use it for the Messenger function.

Fair enough. Keeping in touch with people is one of my main reasons for having it. I'm not one of those who attention whore on it and honestly don't care who likes my posts. I just find it more easy to tell folk to add me on Facebook too so then I can arrange to meet up with them easy.

It is nothing Mark Zuckerberg promises it to be, it doesn't really bring anyone together (might even be driving people apart), but it is useful for getting a boost of validation every once in awhile.

The memes on Facebook, when they aren't blatant reposts from Reddit, are really awful. And why is it that they're all somehow drastically downgraded in quality when they're posted to Facebook?

Use it as an outsourced phone book. Keep people at arm's reach without programming them in my phone. Especially childhood friends. Ask for their number there if we're getting together.
