Every time I leave Wisconsin I see these big spicy hotdogs called brats and I understand how murder happens.

I live no where near Wisconsin and bratwurst here isn't spicy. idk about "brats" though.

Not capsacin spicy, like garlic spicy. But I've never seen anyone get it right.
They don't even have sauerkraut
