I don't know how anyone could equate BLM with all blacks. However, you and at least two mods seem to make that mistake -- along with HuffPo and far-left alt-news -- despite Mead insisting this never happens and I'm the only person who claims that people attempt to conflate the two.
At any rate, the kid was cleaning up graffiti. He had more right to remove the message than anybody had to put it there. (Although public urination is quite illegal.)
