All semi-automatic weapons? No. That means basically everything except muzzle loaders and bolt-action rifles. I would support a ban on higher capacity magazines. You do not need to carry dozens of rounds for any legitimate purpose. If you're target shooting, just fucking reload, and a deer isn't going to give you even a second shot anyway.
