I've had a rabbit confuse my finger for a carrot and damn near tear off my nail. I've also been bitten by a dog.
I have this vague memory that a zoo or farm animal also attacked me once, but this might be my imagination.
Also, I've recently been reminded that baby animals have pointier teeth than adults. My old cat likes to gently chew my fingers, and so does my new kitten, but the kitten hurts like hell when she does it.
