Would he actually use it? My dog wouldn't, so I'll just attach a long chain from his collar to something stable outside.
i think he would. we'll have to see though. i'll def need to teach him how to use it. he's not used to stairs anymore.

it's not my fence and all the holes are plugged up. but i worry about him being small and squirrely.
