Which of these two places should I move to?

I live in northwest Arkansas. It is humid in the summer and Little Rock is s pretty violent city. The crime rate is outrageous.

Lol, the Clinton Library looks like a mobile home and it seems like if you get lost there all the one way streets seems to lead you to the Clinton Trailer House.

Still, I know a lot of people who live there and love it, they just avoid certain places.

I stayed there for 2 months a year and a half ago living in the UAMS hospital and then Baptist Hospital alongside my daughter. I never saw any problems and everyone was polite to one another but it just might have been the setting.
