Mine is the mariachi cover at the end of the Offsprings Pay the Man:

What's the difference between a pickpocket and a peeping tom?
A pickpocket snatches your watch.
"Her name is fitting."

This one from Chrono Trigger:
Number XII: Larxene.
The Organization's Savage Nymph.
I hate some of them. The primary source of my music is Pandora when I drive or at my office. And I hate how some of the hidden tracks are after about 4-10+ minutes of silence on some other songs.
I honestly can't think of all that many.

I do remember the Nine Inch Nails EP "Broken" had two hidden tracks (the CD would skip through 90 blank tracks before getting to them if you played it all the way through), but I don't remember them being anything all that special.

And I don't really listen to vinyl because I'm not a hipster, so I haven't really heard any albums with hidden tracks on "alternate" grooves, though I do remember that's a thing.
"Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76
"POwned again." --- blight family
I don't know if it's my favorite, but it's probably the only Papa Roach song I like:

love this one, the lyrics are so silly, and the random ass rap verse, you can tell they had fun with this one
SHAKE IT LIKE A SALT SHAKEEEER
DIRT ON ME I'M FINNA BLOSSOM
The only hidden tracks I really love are Physical and Suck from the Nine Inch Nails EP Broken. Empty Sounds of Hate from Marilyn Manson's Antichrist Superstar is good when listened to directly after Man That You Fear, without the several minutes of silent tracks.
