That's not a "good point," that's fucking stupid and more of Blighzi's usually trolling. Abusing a system to cause a system to fuck up by responding to it as if it were legitimate is a problem with the abuse more than it is the system. While it's similar to any other scenario where people lie to the court or cops where you could more reasonably complain about the system, there's a far greater immediacy where it comes to emergency response.
