Pretty sure there's at least one of those carts pulled by giants and surrounded by a scrub patrol but nothing too difficult from what I could tell. I didn't explore more than I needed to because the snow blindness was annoying me

Oh wait, I was talking about that initial stretch of the Consecrated Snowfields where youre in a valley with a blizzard going on.

I cleared out most of the snowfields open areas (although that red wolf kicked my ass a couple times).

Beat Mohg and then I beat Mohg. It's just Malenia and Radagon/Elden Beast left.

Finally beat it at around 96 hours. Elden Beast isn't really hard when you figure out it's moves, it's just extremely tedious.
