Its deeply concerning that Square Enix has spent the past year or so heavily investing into this shit. If this is what finally does Square in Im gonna be sad.
At this point it would be a mercy killing.
Squeenix is basically the guy in the zombie movie who use to be your best friend, but now he's turned and is trying to bite your face off, and you're pointing the shotgun at him and crying because you don't want to pull the trigger.
But that's not your friend anymore. Your friend is already dead. Killing the thing he's become is just an end to the pain. It's what he would have wanted. It's better for everyone.
