I always remember that breathe has an E at the end because you have to make an E sound in the middle.
I just use the 4-7-8 I learned years ago from Tony Robbins on one of his tapes.

I used to be able to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth simultaneously, creating a constant stream of air. Learned from playing trumpet. You decompress your lungs and use the muscles in your throat to flex the nasal cavities like little pumps.

I played tuba and never did that. Not saying you are lying though. Just never even considered the possibility or was told about it. My band teacher was just happy enough I could hold a note for almost a full minute

It's called circular breathing. Not surprised you've never heard of it, it's rarely used and the quality of the note is usually shit.
