Fog delay? I was hoping they would send our kids to school last week and maybe send them home a couple hours early if the ice storm actually started hitting. Instead they called the day off the night before and the storm barely even started until after school would have let out.
The snow day the next day made sense though. Over a quarter inch of ice is hard to get taken care of quickly.
