It was apple. It came out pretty good. Used a store-bought vegan crust, vegan butter in the filling and oat milk for the wash. Honestly it was pretty close to the apple pie I'd usually make. I don't like vegan butter on like toast and stuff but I didn't notice much difference in the pie. I'm sure the sugar helps to hide it a bit tho
My sister-in-law said it was good. I asked her for feedback since I'd never made a vegan pie but she's not much of a cook herself and didn't have any tips or criticism. Everyone who tried it liked it so I'll chalk it up as a success
