One time I suggested they support image embedding and they replied, "what sites should we support?"

One time I suggested they fix urls with parenthesis at the end and they told me it was impossible because people often put links inside parenthesis. I told them exactly how to do it with pattern matching and they closed the topic. (only include the closing parenthesis in the URL if there's an opening parenthesis in it)
