I do water them often; and not too-too much.

They usually die when transferring them from a starter pod to a pot.

my hyacinths bloomed today

i do nothing to take care of them they just keep growing every single year perfectly fine

if anything i mistreat them because they just line the sidewalk bridging the front and back porch, and they just get walked on and then i end up mowing them down

meanwhile i have killed many when trying to grow them inside

I had a plant and thought I'd be good at looking after it and then I didn't water it for a month. I tried saving it and it held on for a while but eventually rotted away. I should try it again sometime. needs to be part of your routine I guess and can't be something you do when you feel like it.
This day is gone. We can't relive it. It's gone forever.

i had a plant i didn't water for like a year and it somehow lived

it was a little sugar palm i just forgot i even had

it had to be feeding off of pure spite at that point, i don't even think it was able to get any light either
