A giant shrimp... just, like, dead on the side of the road.

How did it get there? It still had its head and eyes and tail so I don't think it fell out of someone's jumbo shrimp combo, and I never seen one so big - about 4~5 inches.

Didn't take a picture cuz there were bugs all over it and its legs were half eaten and it was gross

If you were near water, this would be my thought. I have an outdoor job near a river and I find half-eaten things like fish pretty often.

one time I tried to throw a bunch of live shrimp back into the ocean at a beach but I didn't throw them far enough and the seagulls immediately started dive-bombing them
it was a fucking slaughter

I saw it again!

different spot, a pile of about 15 large shrimp with their heads and legs and tails still attached and clearly uncooked

There is a very real chance that these are from the lake, which does have little tiny shrimp in it... deserves investigation (gets camera)
