what, how old were these guys, they weren't senior citizens were they?

I worked in a giant Asda store back in 2009, which is just UK Walmart. On two occasions I had customers start fights with me over absolutely nothing.

Yes, on both occasions, they hit me.

Two dudes got in a fight once right when we were having our shift meeting. One guy got his nose broken so bad that there was a trail of blood all the way out of the store. Don't remember who it was anymore, but one of them was the son of a Panthers player.

Simple: I'm only responsible for getting my own job done, and as long as I do that, I'm golden.

Management is responsible for everyone in an area or a shift. If everything they're supposed to oversee doesn't get done, it's their ass in the sling.

just read that like asst managers at walmart that most people think they make more than they really do. Like the avg cop in my area makes like a little more than the asst managers, kinda sad really. Heard the store manager makes like over 100k though.

Accurate AFAIK. But it's a high-stress job, and you have district and regional managers checking on you regularly. A few weeks of low profits, and they start to ask questions.
