That's nice, but it still doesn't change that there's plenty of feedback, so your premise that there's nothing but insults or whatever is outright false. He's just also told everyone that their feedback is worthless, so there's really no room to suggest that people can be more constructive.
That wasn't DToast, that was TimmyQuivy going straight over DToast's head and revealing near the very end that the feedback topics were solely for venting and asking for (ultimately the lack of) clarification of the new rules.
