Wait wait wait

I just read that Montana has no sales tax, and their combined income tax is low. Do they tax extra elsewhere?

They don't need tax revenue in Montana because no one lives there, and thus they've got nothing to spend it on.

There is no such state as Montana. It's just a name they invented, in the expectation that people would believe it was a real state but would never try going there and find out it doesn't exist.
