The second bullet-pointed item of rule nine baffles me. Wouldn't that make it harder for game developers to detect bugs?
I'm more interested in the third bullet point. Because of how it's phrased it means you essentially can't discuss drug use of
any
kind, other than for medicinal purposes.
And because of the blurry line of what exactly is and isn't a "drug", as phrased we technically can't talk about drinking coffee, alcohol, or smoking tobacco without risking moderation.
