Frankly, as somebody who broke 6 feet when I was 15, I'm more than a little concerned that I was sharing this site with somebody that thinks like that at the time.
Most men these days do look like children. It doesn't often have much to do with their height, but being under 6' certainly isn't helping their cause.

This. I knew a guy in 9th grade that was 14 who was 6'4". He never grew any more, but he had the growth spurts super early in life.
I also knew another family who had a 12 year old who was 5'10". His older brother was like 6'3" and the kid was going to get there in quick time.
