My mom was in a car accident, HAS insurance but keeps receiving lawsuit paper

From the other party in the case. Her insurance is dealing with it but the jerks lawyers keep harassing her with documents for a personal suit at her home. Probably in hopes of speeding it up or scaring a 70 year old?
The guys late 30s and was driving a huge Chevy truck and she was in a CRV. Anyone besides @Jen0125 deal with these losers?

Tell her to have her insurance provided attorneys accept service on her behalf. That way they will serve the attorneys office and not her. Otherwise it's not harassing her. She's the person named on the suit and she's legally the person that needs to receive service of said documents.
