This topic made me think though, isn't there a game where the goal is to die in as many absurd ways as possible? Like Goat Simulator, but with a sewer sidle man. If not, I'd call it "Do A Flip"
And actually, now that I think about it, I had a dream once about a concept for a film/video game of a man who has an accidental death but wakes up in bed afterwards. Thinking it was just a dream, he goes on with his day but has hit happen again and eventually comes to the realization that he just respawns every time he dies. The film/game plays with the idea that he learns to live his life with no reservations as he no longer has a fear of death, while on a broader sense, is trying to find answers for why this is happening to him.
You should make it take place on National Squirrel Appreciation Day and name the movie National Squirrel Appreciation Day.
