I'm of the opinion they make a lot of this stuff too difficult for drug lords ect.
I get it, they make the government and law mad. And what they do is "illegal". But they also have to deal with a LOT of crap in thier jobs up to and including rival gangs actually trying to kill them.
The fact that the government puts crazy restrictions on them trying to prevent them from earning any stable income is just overkill.
It's time to kick ass and chew bubblegum, and I'm all out of ass but still have plenty of bubblegum to chew at my leisure.
