The country is incontinent
I suppose you could say the continent is Oceania and the bulk of it, but not all of it, is the landmass and country Australia.

But apparently flat earthing and claiming Australia is one big hoax is a thing, because obviously "they are all in on it" is more believable.

Continents are more cultural than geographic anyways. Some countries consider both North and South America two separate continents, while other cultures consider them a single continent. Neither are wrong. Just different. It doesn't really make much sense for Europe and Asia to be considered separate when they are mostly a single connected landmass but again, it makes a bit for sense on a cultural level (while still being much more complex than that).

I prefer this one:

I actually used this map as the basis for an RP campaign years ago:

https://inkarnate-api-as-production.s3.amazonaws.com/cxpfkz1tts1rzrogiai6lp0bj12q

Sadly, TONS of work on that setting went poof when Invision closed their message boards, because I never got around to archiving it. And I honestly can't remember much about it at this point (other than a handful of kingdom and location names).

There might be some archived on archive.org if you remember the URLs. That's how we had recovered some stuff when a server crashed and the last archive had been like 6 months before or longer. Didn't get everything back but recovered a good chunk.

Pretty sure that won't work if the site required an account/password to get in. Though I could be wrong.

That being said, I'm not even sure I could remember the address at this point. I'd have to try and get one of my old computers cranked back to life and see if I bookmarked it on one of them. I think it should be on my old laptop that still kinda-sorta works except for a half-dead keyboard, but if not, I'd have to try and revive my old PC that I haven't turned on for like 15 years now.

I sort of resigned myself to all my old RP stuff just going poof anyway, though. I haven't played/run anything in a long time, and I lost a lot of my character pages when Google axed their webpage hosting a few years back (though in theory, they supposedly just converted it all into a Google Doc file, I think? So I might still be able to recover that if I tried). At a certain point you just sort of shrug and let go, even if you're an OCD data hoarder.

I used to have TONS of backup data discs with files going back to college, but most of those started suffering bitrot years ago, so I'm not even sure I could access any of them at this point.

Just found the old URL in my undeleted email from 2010. Checked it.

Apparently the crawlers never managed to find it at all, so as far as archive.org is concerned it never existed. It's not even a case of "Oh, we saw the main public-facing page but couldn't get in", it just literally never found the board at all.

So yeah, gone.

I could still reconstruct at least some of what was on it if I could get into my old computer or backup CDs to find the original drafts of some of what I posted there, but a fair chunk of it was definitely written on-site, so it never existed anywhere else, and now doesn't exist at all.

Yeah I wouldn't remember the exact URL at this point either and any of the computers that had bookmarks are long gone. It got archived in a RAR file alongside the game it was related to too though.

They're Eurasian.

...generally speaking, the majority of Russians live on the European side of the divide, while something like 3/4ths of the actual land is on the Asian side. But Russia has almost always "looked towards" the West rather than East, so they generally consider themselves part of Europe. Except when it benefits them to consider themselves part of Asia instead.

But yes, the easiest answer to the question is to just consider them "Eurasian" and ignore the distinction entirely.

I think it is typically considered Eastern European since 3/4ths of the population is in that part.
