This part. Most Narcissists are rarely capable of true introspection. In their mind they are never wrong and nothing is ever their fault. All criticism is bullying and all consequences are a terrible injustice done upon them. Anything they admit to doing wrong comes with the caveat of them not truly being at fault, and instead blame circumstances, the provoking actions of others, or trauma and mental illness. They are feel they are exempt from the consequences of their actions and therefore they are unable to learn from them.
