Just in terms of catchy upbeat songs, I think "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" might be my favorite.
Though if I'm going to be honest, I don't really enjoy ABBA
as
ABBA, as much as I enjoy their songs filtered through the sensibilities of Swedish teenagers in the late 1990s:

But my favorite ABBA-related music of all is Chess: The Musical. It's just Benny and Bjorn (with Tim Rice) and not the full group, but it's also my favorite musical ever.

This is one of my dark horse picks. Because it's from that fun phase of ABBA's career, when the guys just kept writing songs about their divorces, while making the women they were getting divorced from sing them. It's just this weird, dark, really visceral sort of feel because you know you're basically listening to the self-destruction of multiple lives.
"One of Us" is another one of those songs. As is "When All is Said and Done". Out of seeming nowhere, you suddenly have this band known for poppy, upbeat, happy songs singing these really bleak songs about how miserable they all are. It's just kind of a fascinating period.
