I never tried skiing but I snowboarded several times and enjoyed it. I've had too many concussions though so no more of that

Neither.

But I tend to respect skiing more. Especially if you live in a snowy land and use it as a legitimate means of travel because you have to.

I've never gone skiing or snowboarding in my life and yet here I am, voting as if I have a preference. Perhaps I should have abstained...

Anyway, I voted skiing just cuz I've heard it's easier for beginners than snowboarding. I don't even know if that's true. I hope you will forgive me.

I'd love to try snowboarding, but I spend so little time at the snow I'd prefer to just ski and have fun rather than spending 3-4 days sliding down the hill on my frozen arse.

I can't say which is better, but for me it's skiing.
So I was standing still at a stationary store...

I hate the snow and cold, so neither, I'm not sure how anyone could like it. Is it mostly just people that never had to deal with snow for real?

I haven't done any snow based activities in quite a few years. That being said, when I did, it was skiing and tubing. I've always wanted to learn how to snowboard, but I never got around to it. That being said I default to skiing since I know how to do it.
