So you are a Social Darwinist? First of all, the American government did not attack people outright most of the time. They used a combination of treaty breaking, biological warfare, lying, killing, or capturing women and children and backstabbing to take America. Not only that, but they did frequently defend themselves such as when Custer had his 'last stand'. Again though, that is a bullshit argument to be made.
