20% of car accidents involve 15-20 year olds despite them being a minority group which represents only 7% of drivers on the road. I've never once seen you or anyone else who compares human beings to Skittles advocate raising the driving age and not allowing new young drivers onto the road. Why's that? Would you take a handful of Skittles if 20% were poisoned?
