(or really shouldn't) vaccinate their children because the kid is immunocompromised, has an allergy to a component in the vaccine, or other valid health reasons from the parents who don't vaccinate their children because "b-b-but it causes autism!"
If it's the latter, the parents should be getting a call from CPS.
It should be implied that children that can't be vaccinated are not vaccinated.
