Pretty much any time this discussion comes up, it's implicit that kids who literally
can't
be vaccinated aren't being included. They have a legitimate reason to not get it. Stop being pedantic.
Anyway. Jailtime seems a bit much. A call from CPS seems more appropriate; their actions are directly putting the health of their child in jeopardy.
