She's not marching around Charlottesville looking to ethnically cleanse the untermensch or whatever the alt-right is up to over there, she just doesn't want to fuck or date Mexicans. I dont share that sentiment, but I'm not going to lose sleep over it.
Her racism on that is about as offensive to me as my late grandmother thinking all Asians are really good at math. I shrug and move on.

To the extent posed in this topic, I think most people are racist to such a degree. Most have these sort of preconceived notions or observations of what a person's culture/behaviour is based on their race. Most will approach these things in a joking/facetious manner rather than straight up preaching hate. They have their opinions or preferences and for the most part these are pretty harmless. Although, there is an awful lot of "finger pointing" going on in today's world.
People that use dating websites, for example. Do they often filter by race, or when browsing are they drawn to a particular race (their own, a different one, etc). Is that racist? Because I'm pretty sure that's what most people do, given that interracial couples have about the same prevalence as gay couples or maybe even less so. Shouldn't you potentially be getting to know everyone , since the only thing you can tell from the colour of a person's skin is what skin colour they possess? It tells you nothing about their hobbies, dreams, personality, etc.
I feel like there's never any good reason to discuss these views, like politics. People have a lot of really shitty opinions and in the end you're better off not knowing about them. Ignorance is bliss.
