Hollywood Park Casino did this in Inglewood. They paid off the gangs in the area to not start any shit which might scare off their white and Asian patrons. If any gangs from out of the area showed up, or a member starts shit, the local gangs chased them off, turned them into the cops, or just straight up murdered them and dumped the body outside the city.
Same thing the government does with the cartels in Mexico. So glad CA is modeling its government off the world's finest examples.
