19 y/o manchildren with no emotional maturity should rightfully be called kids at this point.

This is what confuses me. He could still keep the dog. Just not at him mom's house. And he's 19. Why is he even living with his mom then? There's no more child custody bullshit. He can simply just choose to live with his dad if he wanted to.
