Sure, like .01%. But 100% of KKK members are racist.
.01% is far far too low of a number. If it was that low, I wouldn't see so much of it. And people at these BLM rallies/marches wouldn't be chanting to kill cops and fry them like bacon. One would turn around and say "Yo get out of our group if you are going to do this" but instead, many adopt it and make their movement look worse.
