Like candy, ice cream and shit like that.

Idk, I was able to drop soda almost instantly (water is just too good) but with candy, ice cream, cookies I've had a hard time dropping.

Why can't I just drop these things omg

Cause sugar is more addictive than narcotics like heroin and cocaine. It creates a vicious loop of craving carbs, eating bad food, feeling good for an hour or two, feeling hungry again, and then you get irritable until you eat more carbs.

Get on that keto and IF diet, you'll lose cravings and find low carb substitutes for bread, biscuits, pizza, ice cream, brownies, and way more.

I dont know TC. Ive tried keto and the cravings never went away and I just felt miserable. Now Ive been cutting down on sugar and mostly ok but I still have to curb the cravings. It sucks.
Also currently eating a 5 ingredient cauliflower pizza and low carb ice cream as I type this. 8g net carbs in the pizza and 1.75g net carbs in the ice cream. Both are delicious af.

I will say I enjoyed spaghetti squash and meat sauce when I did the keto thing.

Also I hate artificial sugars. They make me feel sick and give me headaches.
My friend (who is a body builder) said he would normally just freeze grapes and then suck on them when those cravings kick in. I never done it so I don't know.

I put lots of spices and some yeast so you can barely tell it apart from a flour grain based crust. And the ice cream I made sure has no table sugar, just erythritol, which is completely harmless in small amounts. None of that Splenda, aspartame, or ace k crap.

I do need to watch the energy drinks though, my go-to is Monster Zero Ultra and I'll have one every couple days pre-workout.
