He only lost 1%. He didn't have high numbers before, his "top contender" status has mostly been predicated on support in early states like Iowa.

Bernie's doing fine. These polls are too far out from actual polling to tell us anything about anything save macro trends. This is the time to be quiet and build out your campaign infrastructure.

If you support any candidate besides Biden, these are good results. The way that his base of support seems to be structured, votes from e.g. Biden to Kamala are easier to snag as people are more disenchanted with Biden than necessarily attracted to her.
Also Biden's support is based around his "electability" which, demographics aside, is mostly based off of him already having a large vote share. That eroding has a self-feeding effect.

I want Buttigieg to get a VP slot. I feel like his #1 issue by far is just his lack of experience. A VP role would be a good use of his brains and general charisma without catapulting him right to the top, which I'm pretty hesitant on despite roughly supporting him overall.

Shes terrible no doubt, but I really appreciate her exposing Biden. Worst case, Harris is someone I could hold my nose for.
Bernie and other progressives couldnt do this because theyd get hit with the booo you see hes not a real democrat or what about unity crap all news cycle.

Again, it's important to remember there is no such thing as a national primary: the first month of primaries is Iowa(caucus), New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada(caucus). Candidates who win and/or perform well in multiple contests are likely to see their national standing improve.
It's not until March 3rd that you have a lot of contests all at once(including California, Texas, Massachusetts, and Virginia). Hell, no one votes at all until February 3rd!
So, if your beloved candidate isn't where you want them to be, there's plenty of time for that to change. And you can be a part of that!

Her boost is absolutely temporary. She'll tank by or after the second debate now that she put a target on her back regarding her AG record.
Really I think her only goal at this point is to try and take down Biden with her.

These shifts make a lot of sense after the debates. I wonder if any of the other centrists are going to try to go after Biden in the second debate. Knocking him down a few pegs will be necessary for a Harris/Buttigieg/Beto/Klobuchar win.
