Kind of sad that a lot if people don't care to vote by the time they can. I remember I was less informed about politics back when I could first vote than I am now, but I can't even imagine being that apathetic that I don't care to vote at all.

I assumed people who said that either lived in "not going to flip any time soon" states Alaska, Hawaii, California, etc. Or people that vote third party and have no chance at the presidency after the establishment got afraid because of Ross Perot's antics.
So far we've seen a few surprises, and a few thousand votes might have made a difference in some places.
What was it that made Perot relatively popular anyway, compared to other third party candidates?
