brush my teeth, then shower, then breakfast
After every meal?? Brushing before gets rid of all the bacteria accumulated while you slept. Bacteria that would otherwise feast on your breakfast in your mouth and go into your body.
Kinda defeats the purpose doing it before
Didn't this topic already exist?
i mean... probably? its a common argument but I havent seen any and its natural for stuff to repeat over the yearsIt's cool I just thought I was having deja vu for something like earlier this month.

That you're swallowing anyway though, and then you start your day with tainted stank brefThats not how it works. Bacteria waste product is whats bad for teeth. And if you eat breakfast before brushing, a ton of that is produced. Its proven to literally be less hygienic to not brush before breakfast. If your breath is a concern, then do mouthwash or a mint after breakfast

You are absolutely not supposed to brush your teeth before breakfast
Ew why so many people chose after? Are these the same people that wear shoes on their bed?
Tbf, i wake up, bathe, eat breakfast, brush and mouthwash. Id have to change the order up and it feels stupid brushing and mouthwashing and then eating food. I dont have a big breakfast till hours later anyways. My initial breakfast is a snack with an energy drink. But have you ever worn shoes on your bed
Guys, if you are going to use mouthwash, please use it at another time to brushing. Fluoride mouthwashes have a lower concentration of fluoride than toothpastes so all you're doing is washing that away. Also do not rinse your toothpaste, just spit the excess.
Regarding the thread topic, it does not matter which way you do it. If you are going t o brush after eating, wait at least 30 minutes (even this may not be enough) so you don't abrade the softened enamel away. I personally rinse my mouth out after eating with water or mouthwash and brush before breakfast.
