Looking at my emails, they mentioned I sent a resume, application plus 1 additional attachment. I can't go back and see what it was

it might be a weird signature attachment image. sometimes that happens with my Gmail when i send from Outlook

It was sent through indeed. I can't find a way to see what the other attachment was. I seemed to have only sent it to 2 out of the 5.
