Trump could literally be under oath saying I wanted those people to storm the Capitol and overturn the results and Republicans would be like well thats his freedom of speech.They could have killed someone while declaring they did it for Trump, and his response to have been "Very fine people" and they'd still say he had nothing to do with it.
