Nah, Jolyne Cujoh is the best female character ever in a Shonen and she's a much better protagonist than Jotaro, Josuke and Giorno, solely because she actually receives character development and her abilities aren't OP.

Depends on what you're looking for. You watched up to the second part; everything after is considerably different, switching to a predictable "villain of the week" formula and more over-the-top, wacky abilities that make even less sense. It's essentially a more violent Pokemon; if you're into that, go ahead.

I don't even understand how anyone can unironically like Stardust Crusaders, Diamond Is Unbreakable or Golden Wind, unless they just have bad standards. Jotaro, Josuke and Giorno are some of the worst protagonists in a Shonen, and I say this as someone who really likes Giorno; they don't develop, their abilities are OP and their allies shine more than they do (Polnareff > Jotaro. Koichi and Okuyasu > Josuke. Buccellati > Giorno).
