A little over two years ago I had a choice - start working again as a server, or take a graphic design job for less money but at least get some experience under my belt in a field I could hopefully make a career out of.
I often make bad life decisions, but I count my blessings every day that I made the right choice then. Even if the work remained steady, I wouldn't have lasted a week being a server during the pandemic.
Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read.
