I've lived in the US for over 15 years and can count on one hand the times I've been served roasted potatoes. Meanwhile baked potatoes are everywhereMaybe. I've lived in the US for nearly 40 years, and roasted potatoes are served 3 nights a week here.
Could totally be a regional thing though
So, googling roasted potatoes shows me the little bite sized potatoes which I've had plenty of times, I was referring more to a larger potato that's skinned and roasted (which was pretty typical in the UK)Sounds awful, to be honest, but okay. Does Google have pics/recipes for your roasted potato?
